S.S. Vartanyan

Main areas of the scientific and practical activity: specialist in the area of metallogeny, forecasting, prospecting, and assessment of gold deposits. He took a direct part in development of federal operational programs of geological exploration aimed at reproducing the mineral resource base of solid minerals, as well as the programs of licensing subsoil areas of the Russian Federation. Member of the Editorial Board of the journal “Exploration and Protection of Subsoil”. Results of his research are reflected in 90 scientific works, including 15 monographs, prepared by him personally and in co-authorship. Honored Geologist of the Russian Federation; awarded the badges “Honorary Exploration Geologist” and “Excellent Exploration Geologist”
